The cast bar is made of alloy steel with quenching and complete machining. When assembled, the bars are linked to the chain transmission system of the feeder, 90° timed and rotating against each other, this allows the material to move in a wobbled manner which could scalp undesired stick fines and the distance between the bars could remove undersized fines.
The alloy steel material and quench process give the bars excellent wear resistance.
Hollow-sectioned cast bars can also be produced.
